Custom House Painting

Need a custom painting of your first home? Or maybe a house portrait painting as a gift? Choose one of the options OR just send me over a message! I am up for helping you customize the perfect gift for someone!
If ordering and 8x10 - your home needs to be very simple and not quite mansion size for it to look great with details. Details can be lost otherwise.
After ordering what size and paint (watercolor or gouache) you would like - you will send me 2-3 reference photos of the house for me to work from. If there is a specific photo you want me to draw up, please let me know - otherwise I will use my discretion. Paintings will be painted on either watercolor or bristol paper, or canvas panel. Photos need to be clear, crisp, full house frontal photo. If you would like it from an angle - please make sure all of the house is in the photo.
